How to enter the Master Grande Ecole

To enter the Master Grande Ecole de NEOMA Business School, you must take an entrance exam…

There is no application form to fill out; no admission is made on the basis of other diplomas. To enter the Master Grande Ecole you must pass the entrance exam.
It includes written exams and orals.

If you are a student in a preparatory class:
> the Ecricome Prépa entrance exam
If you are a graduate of Bac +2 level (L2, BTS, IUT, etc.):
> the Ecricome Tremplin 1 entrance exam
If you are a graduate of Bac +3 level (L3 and higher)
> the Ecricome Tremplin 2 entrance exam
The Ecricome, Tremplin 1 and Tremplin 2 entrance exams are common to all six schools in the ECRICOME exam answer databank:

  • ICN Graduate Business School (Nancy)
  • Bordeaux Management School
  • Reims Management School
  • NEOMA Business School
  • Euromed Management
  • ESCEM (Tours-Poitiers)

If you have a foreign degree of Bac +3 level or higher (L3, M1, M2, Bachelor, etc.).

Preparatory classes are the most common way of entering French Business and Management schools. They last two years, and are intended for students who have obtained their Baccalauréat.

After the preparatory classes, you must take the Ecricome entrance exam in order to enter the Master Grande Ecole of NEOMA Business School.

  • Humanities

Since 2011, humanities candidates for the BEL entrance exam (Ulm, AL and ENS Lyon) do not have to take the written exam. Ecricome will use their results for the ENS entrance exam. They must however take the Ecricome orals.

The Ecricome Prépa entrance exam

For 2012, the Master Grande Ecole at NEOMA Business School offers 375 places for the ECRICOME entrance exam.

  • 340 places for economics, science and technology candidates
  • 35 places for humanities candidates (BEL)

Ulm – AL and ENS Lyon humanities candidates are no longer required to take Ecricome written exams. Ecricome applies its coefficients to the marks obtained in the ENS entrance exam.
The registration fee is € 350 for one school, plus 20 euros per additional school for economy, science, technology and BL candidates, and € 175 plus € 10 per additional school for BEL candidates.

Parallel admissions

You can enter the Master Grande Ecole at NEOMA Business School without doing a preparatory class. The Tremplin 1 entrance exam allows students of BAC +2 level to enter the first year, while the Tremplin 2 entrance exam allows students of BAC +3 level to enter the second year.
The Master Grande Ecole at NEOMA Business School offers:

  • 90 PLACES in 2012 for the Tremplin 1 entrance exam 
  • 150 PLACES in 2012 for the Tremplin 2 entrance exam

The Master Grande Ecole at NEOMA Business School is a perfect complement for students from a wide variety of academic backgrounds. Although most of the students have taken Commerce, Economics and Management curricula, the profiles can be extremely diverse.
Integration is therefore possible for all, and the school strongly encourages students with a degree in Law, Languages, Humanities, Sciences, etc. to complement their initial training with the Master Grande Ecole.
