How to finance your studies

To help you finance your studies, a number of grants are available.

For International Students : Eiffel Scholarship

The French ministry of Foreign and European affairs runs the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship programme for international students with an excellent profile who have been accepted on a Masters, PhD or Engineering course in France.  Students who have been admitted on one of our masters programmes before mid to late November each year may be eligible to apply for the Eiffel Scholarship.

Once students have read and understood all of the information on the official website, they should contact the school at: [email protected] to see if they are eligible. They will be given instructions on how to proceed and some advice on how best to fill in the application.

Students applying for this scholarship must make sure that they have submitted all of the documents stipulated by NEOMA Business School and the Eiffel Scholarship by the 7th of December. Applications may not be able to be accepted after this date. The NEOMA Business School will put forward the best applicants for this scholarship.

State grants (Crous)

NEOMA Business School is entitled to receive student grantees. These grants are awarded to students who are not repeaters. For the following academic year, the students must fill in their social security file between January and the end of April via the site: www.crous-rouen.fr . To be exempt from social security charges, the student must provide the Administration and Finance Department with the final notification of the grant award.

Rebates on tuition fees

Grants from Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Each year, Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry awards rebates of up to 40% on tuition fees to academically deserving and financially disadvantaged students. These grants are reserved for students who attend a program for at least 2 years.
The award committee meets in February or March. It examines each request, encourages academically deserving students and makes every effort to manage their budget as well as possible.

Solidarity grants from the NEOMA Business School Alumni Association

NEOMA Business School awards additional grants to students with government grants of levels 5 and 6 thanks to the financial support of graduates in the fundraising campaign. These grants are for the most deserving students from the academic and behavioral points of view. The students are entitled to rebates of up to 50% on tuition fees. If the student obtains a grant from the Rouen Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR), only the additional share between the 50% rebate and the rebate granted by the CCIR will be allocated.

* Interested students must provide a record of a grant application to the CCIR.

International mobility grants

These grants can be combined with state grants and grants paid by NEOMA Business School.

  • “Region mobility” grants are individual grants allocated after examination of the application files for students doing an internship in a foreign company, in accordance with specific award criteria (the maximum period of the internship covered is 12 weeks). Application files are available to students from the Internships Office. For further information, please visit the web page: http://www.hautenormandie.fr/Jeunesse-Formation/Enseignement-superieur/Faciliter-les-stages-a-l-etranger

Applications are reviewed by the Administration and Finance Department before being transferred to the Société Générale.
  • The Banque Populaire offers student loans guaranteed by the State without requiring collateral from a third party. The maximum loan is € 15,000.

Other means of financing

There are other ways of financing part of the tuition fees:

  • The compulsory internships throughout the curriculum.
  • Occasional jobs offered by the school (administrative work, IT tutoring, participation in various school events, etc.).
